It is our mission to treat and focus not only on our patient’s physicals needs, but also their emotional and psychological needs. Consequently, patient, resident and family counseling support plays an increasingly important role in our facility.
Stress, depression and other psychological problems stemming from medical conditions, loss and other age-related issues, can often be reduced or even eliminated through a combination of interpersonal psychotherapy, problem-solving and cognitive-behavioral therapies. A robust schedule of activities specifically designed to encourage socialization, engage and involve further enhances the quality of life for our residents.
